Booking Policy
Vroomerz Exoticz Car Rental Policy 1. Booking & Payment * All reservations must be made online through our website. * A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. * Full rental payment is required upon booking to confirm your reservation. 2. Cancellation Policy * More than 24 hours prior to the rental start time: Free cancellation with no penalty. * Within 24 hours of the rental start time: One full day rental fee will be charged. 3. Rescheduling Policy * Reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the rental start time, subject to availability. * Rescheduled bookings must be used within 90 days of the original rental date. 4. Security Deposit * A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required for all rentals. * The deposit must be authorized on the renter’s credit card prior to vehicle release. * Deposits are refunded within 7–10 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was received. 5. Rental Requirements * Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. * International renters must present a valid driver’s license from their home country or an international driving permit. * Proof of insurance may be required. 6. Waivers & Agreements * All renters must sign the Rental Agreement & Vehicle Waiver prior to receiving the vehicle. * By signing, renters accept responsibility for any damages, traffic violations, tolls, or accidents incurred during the rental period. 7. Vehicle Use * Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities. * Mileage limits may apply; additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your rental agreement. * Pets are allowed with an additional $45 cleaning fee. * Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply for violations. 8. Fuel Policy * All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. * Renters must return the vehicle with a full tank. A refueling fee will apply if not returned full. 9. Late Returns * A grace period of 1 hour is provided. * Returns later than 1 hour will be charged at an additional hourly rate. * Returns later than 5 hours past the scheduled return time will be charged as a full extra rental day. 10. Liability * Vroomerz Exoticz is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. * Renters are liable for all damages, towing, and loss of use charges if the vehicle is returned in damaged condition.
